Full terms & conditions

1. Promoter and eligibility

The promoter is Anmol Saroj Limited trading as SpiceBloom (“SpiceBloom”). Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older with a valid contact email address and a New Zealand delivery or collection address. Employees of SpiceBloom, its directors, and their immediate household members are not eligible.

2. How to qualify

To enter, place an order directly through www.spicebloom.co.nz during one of the two weekly promotion periods with a merchandise subtotal of at least NZ$119 after product discounts and before shipping, as shown at checkout. No separate form, discount code or additional entry fee is required.

Each qualifying order counts as one chance in the draw for the week the order is placed. Customers may make more than one qualifying order; each is a separate chance. Orders placed outside the website (including marketplace, manual and draft orders) do not qualify. Purchases of gift cards do not count towards the $119 qualifying spend.

Orders must be successfully paid. Cancelled, unpaid, test or fraudulent orders are ineligible. Orders refunded or adjusted below the qualifying $119 merchandise subtotal before the draw are ineligible. Normal store pricing applies throughout; no amount is charged for the entry itself.

3. Prizes

There are four prizes, each being one NZ$100 SpiceBloom digital gift card, for a total prize value of NZ$400. Two distinct eligible winners will be chosen for each of the two weekly draws. Each person may win a maximum of one prize across the promotion.

Gift cards are redeemable on the SpiceBloom online store against eligible products and applicable checkout charges until the balance is used, have no expiry date, and cannot be exchanged for cash. They cannot be used to buy other gift cards. Products are subject to availability. Any amount above the available gift-card balance is payable by the winner.

4. How winners are selected

The draw for Week 1 will take place on Monday 19 October 2026; the draw for Week 2 on Monday 26 October 2026. At each draw, SpiceBloom will identify all eligible Shopify website orders in that week's period and use a computerised random draw to select two separate eligible customers. Every qualifying order has an equal chance of being selected within its draw.

If a selected entry belongs to a person who has already won during this campaign, or is found ineligible, another eligible entry will be selected at random. SpiceBloom will keep an internal record of eligible entries and each draw.

5. Contacting and announcing winners

Winners will be contacted using the email address on the qualifying order within three business days of the relevant draw. Winners must reply within seven calendar days after the notification email to verify eligibility and accept the prize. If they do not respond, cannot be verified or decline the prize, SpiceBloom may conduct a replacement random draw from that week's remaining eligible entries.

SpiceBloom may announce that winners have been selected. A winner's first name, surname initial and region will be published only with that winner's consent; declining publicity does not affect their prize.

6. Shipping and regular purchases

Qualifying orders also receive SpiceBloom's usual shipping rates. For orders from $119 to $148.99, urban delivery is $3.90 and rural delivery $6.90. For orders of $149 or more, urban delivery is free and rural delivery $4.90. Some destinations have separate rates, including Waiheke Island. See our shipping information for the full current schedule. Shipping is not an extra prize and remains subject to the normal store policies.

7. Privacy and platform disclaimer

SpiceBloom will use order information to administer the competition, confirm eligibility, contact winners and fulfil prizes. Participation does not by itself enrol customers in marketing emails. Personal information is handled under SpiceBloom's published privacy policy and applicable New Zealand privacy law.

8. General
