4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day. North Island deliveries generally arrive within 1–2 days, and South Island deliveries within 2–3 days.

We do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request images and details to assess the issue. If eligible, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
