The recipes on the website certainly helped us use the Spirulina. I have also enjoyed half a teaspoon in a lemon lime and bitters. Using it to increase protein without increasing calorie intake so not too sure the bitters counts for that! Was good in my porridge too.

Taken with calcium citrate to lessen potential oxalate damage. In my opinion it does notìceably reduce my BP to around 120 over 80 from a much higher range.
Taste is acceptable after all it is beetroot.
