Oh that vanilla! I have not used it in baking yet but I used it in my coffee and hot chocolate. Just a pinch is enough to give your drink that vanilla taste. Very nice and reasonably priced.

Life without spices is just blah. I get my fix here at SpiceBloom. They have the best. Fresh and in small enough amounts so they won't go stale before being used up. The Ceylon cinnamon is one fine example. I use it for tea and hot chocolate. When the hot water hits the cup with the spice, it releases a puff of aroma that surrounds and totally delights you.
