The organic cranberries are a very good product, most definitely superior to anything sold at the supermarket. Thd berries are plump and quite soft, not hard from over-drying. They are a little too sweet for me personally, but are still excellent for my purposes. I would love to buy cranberries that have not been sweetened with apple juice, because I enjoy the tartness of the natural fruit, but that is my preference and does not reflect on the quality of this product.
