Used in a small fruit drink to help control BP
Taken with calcium citrate to lessen potential oxalate damage. In my opinion it does notìceably reduce my BP to around 120 over 80 from a much higher range.
Taste is acceptable after all it is beetroot.
Mmmmmmmm....healthy and delicious. I use in protein shake and as a hot drink at night. I always buy direct from Spicebloom so I know I'm using organic and the best quality that there is. Always fresh, always a tease on the tastbuds. Highly recommend!

I bought this initially to use as a health supplement, and it's working well, I'm not going to say what health condition I'm using it for, I'm not a medical professional and I'm also well aware it may not work this well for everyone. And while I'm continuing to use it this way, I'm also going to make some (many) red velvet cakes/cupcakes/etc. I'll definitely be buying more of this.
