I mix 1 table spoon of beetroot powder into 2 tins of extra virgin olive oil sardines. Add two table spoons of crushed flax seeds and pour in an extra quantity of high polyphenol olive oil. Mix all together. Have it on toast or straight out of the bowl. Totally delicious breakfast meal.
TOP QUALITY BEANS are now snuggling together in a bottle of my homemade Velvet Viking Vodka and the ensemble smells more heavenly by the hour. My housemate disdained my project at first and now the rascal is begging to taste even though I mean this bottle of lovelies for vanilla extract for baking not tippling. The growers are to be congratulated for their hard efforts.
