1/2 cup SpiceBloom Organic Besan Flour
1/2 cup Water & 1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp SpiceBloom Organic Turmeric & salt
1/4 cup Finely diced red onion, spinach & bell pepper
Whisk the besan flour, water, turmeric, salt, and olive oil in a bowl until completely smooth. Fold in the diced vegetables. Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Pour the batter in and cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden and crispy, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Enjoy warm!
