Love this cinnamon. I have it on my yogurt, fruit, nuts and seeds every morning. The flavor is smooth and not over powering.
This product is the ingredient I have been missing in my smoothies since I can't remember, adds a lovely colour and flavour leaving me wanting more, even a small amount in a glass for a morning kick is perfect. If it clumps you will need a power mixer but generally I use that, so no issues. A healthy additive to any recipe whether a protein shake or a morning blend, this product will make it that much more.
