How to Use Organic White Chocolate Buttons

  • Melt for ganache, cake drips and dessert sauces.
  • Use for white chocolate bark with nuts and dried fruit.

Use: Organic White Chocolate Buttons, roughly chopped Organic Hazelnuts and a small pinch of salt.

Make: Melt the white chocolate gently, spread onto a lined tray and scatter with chopped hazelnuts. Allow to set completely before breaking into pieces. For a stronger vanilla note, a very small amount of Organic Vanilla Powder can be added to the melted chocolate.
