Since purchasingi have used this in seed biscuits, cakes and as a thickening agent valuable for its soluble fibre content. Since being on a multiple of pain medications with associated constipation problems. Just 1 teaspoon of psyllium husk in yogurt or soup has resolved 18 months of problems immediately. I would absolutely recommend this as an addition to any diet as fibre isa vital component of a daily diet.
