2) Simple Pizza Dough (same day)
Combine 3 cups flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp yeast, 1 cup warm water, 1 tbsp olive oil. Knead 5–8 mins, rise 60–90 mins, shape, top, bake hot (230–250°C) until golden.
