1/4 cup SpiceBloom Organic Coconut Flour
3 Large eggs & 1/4 cup almond milk
1 tbsp Coconut oil (melted)
1/2 tsp Baking powder & a pinch of sea salt
Whisk the eggs, almond milk, and melted coconut oil together. Stir in the coconut flour, baking powder, and salt until a smooth batter forms. Let it sit for 5 minutes (the flour will absorb the liquid and thicken). Cook spoonfuls in a hot, oiled pan for 2-3 minutes per side until golden. Serve with fresh berries!
