Organic Sorghum Flour (Jowar Atta)

Mild, earthy wholegrain sorghum flour for rotis, pancakes, baking, porridge blends and gluten-free flour mixes.

SpiceBloom Organic Sorghum Flour is made from whole organic sorghum grains. Also known as jowar atta, it has a mild flavour that works across traditional flatbreads, breakfast recipes and everyday sweet or savoury baking.

Sorghum does not contain the gluten that gives wheat dough its stretch. For cakes, loaves and biscuits, it usually performs best when combined with another gluten-free flour or starch according to a tested recipe.
