SpiceBloom’s Organic Whole Cloves are hand-harvested from the flowering buds of the Syzygium aromaticum tree in India. These are 100% USDA Certified Organic, meaning they are grown without synthetic pesticides or chemicals.
Dried naturally in the sun, they are plump, oily, and reddish-brown—never dry or brittle. Squeeze the stem with your fingernail, and you will feel the release of Eugenol (essential oil). I mix 1 table spoon of beetroot powder into 2 tins of extra virgin olive oil sardines. Add two table spoons of crushed flax seeds and pour in an extra quantity of high polyphenol olive oil. Mix all together. Have it on toast or straight out of the bowl. Totally delicious breakfast meal.
