⅓ cup tahini

⅓ cup fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon SpiceBloom Moroccan Seasoning

2 cloves garlic

2 tablespoons olive oil

Blend the tahini and lemon juice for about 1 minute. Add the cooked chickpeas, Moroccan seasoning, garlic and olive oil, then blend until smooth. Add cold water one tablespoon at a time until the hummus reaches your preferred consistency. Spoon into a bowl and finish with olive oil.
